The Keithley 2636A SourceMeter integrates a dual-channel system with precision instrumentation, combining a power supply, true current source, DMM, waveform generator, and more. It supports a wide dynamic range from 1fA to 10A and 1µV to 200V, with precision timing and channel sync under 500ns. The TSP® architecture enables parallel test execution and rapid data capture at 20,000 readings per second.
Ideal for bench-top I-V characterization or multi-channel I-V test systems, the Keithley 2636A supports embedded TSP® Express software, USB data export, and expandable TSP-Link® integration for up to 64 channels.
