The Keithley 2636B is a dual-channel System SourceMeter offering 0.1 fA resolution with a 200 V, 1.5 A DC (10 A pulse) range on each channel. It is designed for sensitive I-V characterisation of transistors, leakage currents and high-resistance materials, with TSP scripting and TSP-Link expansion for automated multi-channel testing.
