The Keithley 2750 combines a 6½-digit digital multimeter, data logger, and switch system into a high-performance single-box measurement solution with Ethernet, GPIB, and RS-232 connectivity. It offers 200 differential input channels and a scan rate of up to 500 channels/sec with robust digital I/O for precise control and automation.
