The Keithley 2920 is an RF vector signal generator covering frequencies up to 4 GHz, designed for fast production and R&D testing of wireless devices and components. Its built-in arbitrary waveform generator supports modulated signals for standards such as GSM, WCDMA, LTE and WLAN, and it pairs with the Keithley 2820 vector signal analyser.
