The Keithley 3721 multiplexer card features two independent banks of 1x20 two-pole multiplexers, ideal for general-purpose switching and temperature measurement applications. These banks connect via analogue backplane relays to the 3700A series mainframe, allowing reconfiguration as a 1x40 multiplexer or for extended setups. It includes 40-channel four-wire ohms input, fused channels for current measurements, and supports cold junction compensation with the 3721-ST accessory.
Its dual-bank structure, latching electromechanical relays, and dedicated 4-wire inputs make it suitable for precise automated test environments and expanded measurement configurations.
