The Keithley 3731 is a two-pole, 6x16 reed relay matrix card that utilizes high-speed relays with 0.5ms actuation time, offering excellent durability exceeding one billion operations. It supports up to six differential instrument channels to connect with 16 DUTs, with two 50-pin male D-sub connectors for signal connections and a switching capacity of 200V, 1A or 2A carry, and 10 ohm, 10VA ratings.
Perfect for high-throughput multi-channel I-V testing, it integrates seamlessly with Series 2600B systems and expands up to 6x96 columns using the 3706A mainframe’s analog backplane relays.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
