The Keithley 4200-PA PreAmp enhances the low-current measurement capability of any SMU in the Keithley 4200 SCS by adding five additional current ranges, achieving a 0.1fA resolution. This PreAmp is fully system-integrated, allowing the SMU to offer advanced measurement precision. It is mounted on the back panel for local operations and supports standard cabling to probers, fixtures, or switch matrices.
Ideal for minimizing signal degradation, the PreAmp can also be positioned remotely—on a prober platen or inside a light-tight enclosure—using included mounts and panel accessories.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
