The Keithley 4215-CVU is a high-resolution capacitance-voltage unit for the 4200A-SCS parameter analyzer, measuring capacitance and conductance from 1 kHz to 10 MHz. It is used for C-V, C-f and C-t characterization of MOS structures, semiconductor junctions and novel materials, and works with the 4200A-CVIV to switch between I-V and C-V without re-cabling.
