The Keithley 590 C-V Analyzer offers precision capacitance and conductance measurements with 0.1fF sensitivity, 15mV rms signal, and selectable test frequencies of 100kHz or 1MHz. It supports ranges up to 20nF and delivers up to 1000 readings per second.
Ideal for evaluating semiconductor device characteristics, it measures capacitance vs. voltage/time, helping analyze doping profiles, threshold voltages, oxide traits, and more.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
