The Keithley 6221 AC and DC Current Source delivers precision sourcing from 100fA to 100mA, featuring 1014Ω output impedance, programmable pulse widths down to 5μs, and a 65000-point source memory. With RS-232, GPIB, Ethernet, and digital I/O interfaces, and AC current generation up to 210mA peak-to-peak, it's ideal for nano- and semiconductor applications.
Used in resistance and Hall measurements, pulsed and delta mode evaluations, the 6221 supports 10MHz update rates and a 100kHz waveform generator, enabling complex tests and sensor signal simulations.
