The Keithley 6522 Voltage/Low Current Scanner Card supports ten channels for low-level current, high impedance voltage, high resistance, or charge switching. Featuring 3-lug triaxial input connectors, it enables superior shielding and noise reduction. It is software configurable for high impedance voltage switching up to 200V, with floating capability up to 500V above ground and guard drive up to 200V.
