The Keithley 7002 is a high-density Switch/Control Mainframe supporting up to 400 2-pole multiplexer channels or 400 matrix cross-points across 10 card slots. It features a dual-line vacuum fluorescent display, full interactive channel status, and supports 17 switch/control cards including automatic configuration and programmable closure restrictions. Its built-in scan control, trigger link, and light pen programming make it a powerful addition to automated test systems.
Ideal for high-channel count applications, the Keithley 7002 integrates seamlessly with DMM and SourceMeter® SMU instruments, offering scanning speeds of up to 300 channels per second.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
