The Keithley 7072 is an 8×12 semiconductor matrix card for the 707B/708B switching mainframes, designed to route SMU and C-V signals in parametric test systems. It includes low-current paths for sensitive I-V measurements and C-V paths for capacitance measurements, so one card can serve both measurement types.
