The Keithley DAQ6510 Data Acquisition System features a 5-inch multi-touch display, a 6½-digit multimeter with 0.0025% DCV accuracy, and supports LAN, USB, and optional GPIB or RS-232 interfaces. It includes 12 modular switch options enabling up to 80 DUT connections, supports scanning speeds of 800 channels/second, and offers thermocouple, RTD, and thermistor measurements.
It simplifies setup and analysis through its graphical interface, removing the need for PC software. It’s ideal for multiplexed testing of ICs and environmental or accelerated life testing with high-speed switching.
