The Keysight (Agilent) 1134B InfiniiMax 7GHz Probe Amplifier specifically designed to enhance the performance of oscilloscopes for high-speed differential or single ended probing applications in embeded designs. 7GHz bandwidth allows 1134B to handle high frequncy signals. It's extremely low input capacitance, flat frequency response and resistor probe tip technology provide ultra-low loading of the DUT and minmizes the probe's impact on the circuit being measured, reducing signal distortion and preserving signal integrity. The Keysight (Agilent) 1134B also boasts a high input impedance which minimizes loading on the circuit and ensures accurate voltage measurements.
Keysight (Agilent) 1134B InfiniiMax 7GHz Probe Amplifier is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive, which restricts the use of certain hazardous materials in electronic equipments. Probe interface software allows you to save the calibration information for up to 10 diffe probe heads per channel and will automatically retrieve calibration data for a probe amplifier when attached to the scope. The Keysight (Agilent) 1134B supports a wide variety ofreal-world applications with an extensive line up of probe heads and accessories. The accessories can meet the most demanding mechanical access requirements. The groundbreaking design of Keysight (Agilent) 1134B InfiniiMax 7GHz Probe Amplifier also enables users to make either single-ended or differential measurements from a single probe amplifier, depending on their choice of probe head and accessory.
