The Keysight (Agilent) 8565E Spectrum Analyzer covers a frequency range from 9 kHz to 50 GHz with a low noise floor of -147 dBm and RBW of 1 Hz to 2 MHz. It features low phase noise, wide dynamic range, and a precision 1 Hz counter resolution. With digitally implemented RBW and a narrow 5:1 shape factor, it offers high-speed sweeps and detailed signal resolution in harsh environments.
It supports ACP measurements, time-gated signal analysis, and features AMPCOR for amplitude correction. Ideal for testing digital modulation systems like GSM, DECT, and W-CDMA with a dynamic range of 70 dB.
