The Keysight (Agilent) 8664A Synthesised Signal Generator delivers high-performance testing up to 3.0 GHz, ideal for basic and advanced receiver evaluations. Option 004 enables ultra-low phase jitter for precision clocking or out-of-channel receiver tests. Option 008 supports pulse modulation with internally adjustable pulse width and delay from 50 ns to 999 ns. It supports FM rates up to 2 MHz and deviations up to 10 MHz, perfect for high-speed digital communications.

Returns
