The Keysight (Agilent) B2987B Electrometer/High Resistance Meter offers ultra-sensitive measurements with 0.01 fA resolution and resistance measurements up to 10 PΩ. Its 4.3" color LCD provides graphical display including trend charts and histograms for real-time analysis.
Battery operation minimizes AC line noise, and built-in statistical tools simplify transient analysis without a PC. Optional Setup Integrity Checker helps isolate external noise sources for optimal measurement accuracy.
