KEYSIGHT BT2152B Self-Discharge Analyzer
The Keysight BT2152B Self-Discharge Analyzer offers a revolutionary solution for Li-Ion cell manufacturers by directly measuring self-discharge cur and cell voltage. The BT2152B Self-Discharge Analyzer quickly and accurately measures cell self-discharge cur on up to 32 cells. The Keysight BT2155A Self-Discharge Analysis Software controls one BT2152B Self-DischargeAnalyzer, the software configures the analyzer's channel settings, such as initial voltage & cur matching, channel limits (OVP, OCP, UVP), measurement intervals, and test duration.
Using a precision potentiostatic measurement method, The Keysight BT2152B Self-Discharge Analyzer minimizes cell disturbance, maintains stable voltage, and accurately measures low-level self-discharge currents. It has built-in noise reduction algorithms based on median subtraction and median fitting methods. These methods can effectively remove most of this noise, and improve the reliability of good vs. bad cell classification. The BT2152B ensures comprehensive cell testing within a voltage range of 0.5 to +4.5 V with exceptional accuracy.
Specifications for the KEYSIGHT BT2152B Self-Discharge Analyzer Include:
| Number of Channels | 4 to 32 (in 4-ch increments) |
| Voltage Range | ± 0.5 V to + 4.5 V |
| Cur Measurement Range | ± 10 mA |
| Cur Measurement Accuracy | ±0.30% + 250 nA |
