The Keysight (Agilent) DSAZ594A is a 4-channel digital oscilloscope offering 59 GHz analog bandwidth and up to 160 GSa/s sampling rate. It supports 8-bit vertical resolution, extendable to >12 bits with averaging, and memory depth of 200Mpts per channel, expandable to 2Gpts.
It includes a 15.4” XGA TFT-LCD capacitive touchscreen and supports multiple waveform areas with advanced tools like EZJIT, InfiniiSim, and PrecisionProbe for accurate signal analysis.
