The Keysight (Agilent) DSOX2014A is a 100 MHz, 4-channel digital oscilloscope offering 2 GSa/s sampling and 1 Mpts memory depth per channel. It features an 8.5" WVGA LCD display, 8-bit resolution (up to 12-bit with averaging), and 200,000 wfms/s update rate.
It supports protocol analysis, waveform generation, segmented memory, serial trigger/analysis, and connectivity through LAN and GPIB.
