The Keysight (Agilent) EXR104A is a 4-channel, 1GHz bandwidth digital oscilloscope featuring a 16GSa/s sample rate and 10-bit vertical resolution (expandable to 16 bits in high-resolution mode). It offers 100 Mpts of standard memory per channel and an update rate exceeding 200,000 waveforms per second. It integrates a 4-digit DVM and 10-digit counter, all accessible via a 15.6" full HD touchscreen with dual display support.
This oscilloscope is ideal for high-speed signal analysis, supporting advanced triggering and over 50 standard measurements. Options include memory expansion to 1.6Gpts, bandwidth upgrade to 2.5GHz, 50MHz waveform generator, and 16 digital channels.
