The Keysight (Agilent) 1147A is a wide-bandwidth active current probe compatible with multiple oscilloscope series including 54800 to 9000 Series, excluding 6000 100 MHz models. It offers a flat bandwidth from DC to 50 MHz, low noise of less than 2.5 mA rms, and minimal circuit insertion loss. The probe handles 15A peak, 15A DC, 10A RMS continuous, and 30A peak non-continuous current levels.
Equipped with an easy protect function against excessive input and a demagnetizing switch, the 1147A is perfect for transient current measurements in applications like inverters, motor controllers, and power supplies. Compatible with high impedance AutoProbe interface.
