The Keysight (Agilent) 16048D is a 2-meter test lead with a direct 4-terminal pair connection, featuring four BNC (male) coaxial connectors for attaching user-fabricated test fixtures. It supports frequencies from DC to 30 MHz and applies up to ±40 V peak (AC+DC), with an operating temperature range of 0°C to 55°C.
This lead enables precise component testing under various conditions, allowing DC bias up to ±42V on the connected device.
