The used Keysight (Agilent) 16055A is a precision test fixture designed for stable picoampere (pA) current measurements, offering both electrostatic and light shielding. It supports a frequency range of 50 Hz to 2 MHz and allows DC bias from -200 V to +200 V. Compatible with the 4140A and 4140B pA Meter/DC Voltage Sources, the fixture includes two connection plates—one for clip leads and one for TO-5 10-pin sockets—for flexible test setups. A full accessory kit is included, with sockets (8, 10, 12-pin), clip leads, and connection leads for TO-5 sockets.
