The Keysight (Agilent) 1660A Logic Analyzer offers advanced multi-channel analysis with 136 channels, supporting both state and timing modes. Operating at 100 MHz in state mode with two state clocks/qualifiers, it provides 4K state memory per channel or 8K in half-channel mode. Timing analysis supports conventional (250 MHz all channels, 500 MHz half channels), transitional (125 MHz all, 250 MHz half), and glitch timing (125 MHz half channels).
