The Keysight Technologies 1660CP is a 100-MHz State and 500-MHz Timing Logic Analyzer equipped with 130 data channels and 6 clock/data channels. It includes a 3.5-inch floppy disk drive, a 540 MB hard disk drive, HP-IB and RS-232-C interfaces, and Centronics printer connectivity. Its advanced features include variable setup/hold time, full programmability, and trigger sequencing—12 levels for state and 10 for timing—ensuring comprehensive testing and analysis capabilities.
Useful for complex digital designs, it supports marker measurements, 4 K memory (8 K in half-channel mode), and pattern generation with 32 channels at 100 MHz and 258,048 vectors. It also features 3-bit pattern-level sensing and DIN keyboard/mouse support.
