The Keysight Technologies 1661AS is a 102-channel portable logic analyzer featuring a maximum timing rate of 250 MHz (500 MHz in half-channel mode), and a 100 MHz state analysis rate. It includes glitch, transitional, and state timing modes with memory depths up to 8 KB per channel.
