The Keysight (Agilent) 1662A Logic Analyzer offers a 100MHz state speed, 64 data channels, and 4 data/clock channels. It supports HP-IB and RS232C interfaces, with data visualization in listings, waveforms, charts, or comparison images. It features 4 Kbyte memory depth, expandable to 8 Kbytes in half-channel mode, passive probes, and versatile triggering.
It supports external triggering, marker measurements, pre-configured trigger macros, and has mixed State/Timing displays. Full programmability and 12-level trigger sequencing enhance testing flexibility.
