The Keysight (Agilent) 1663AS is a 34-channel logic analyzer integrated with a 2-channel oscilloscope, offering state analysis at 100 MHz and timing analysis at up to 500 MHz. It features a DC to 250 MHz bandwidth, 1 GSa/s oscilloscope sampling rate, graphical CRT display, and flexible interface options including mouse and keyboard.
It supports glitch and conventional timing modes, 3.5-inch disk drive with LIF and DOS formats, and is fully programmable.
