The Keysight (Agilent) 16822A Logic Analyzer features a 68-channel configuration with a 15-inch color touchscreen, offering up to 32 M memory depth. It supports single-ended signals with adjustable thresholds from -5 V to 5 V in 10 mV steps and includes a 48-channel pattern generator running up to 300 MVector/s with 16 M depth.
It delivers 4 GHz timing zoom, conventional timing up to 1 GHz, and state analysis at up to 500 Mb/s with synchronized eye diagrams for all channels, enabling high-accuracy bus diagnostics.
