The Keysight-Agilent 16950A is a 68-channel Logic Analysis Module offering 4 GHz timing zoom and state analysis up to 600 MHz. It features 64K memory, 1.2 GHz/600 MHz conventional timing, and 600 MHz transitional timing. It supports state clock rates up to 600 MHz and data rates up to 800 Mb/s, with automated setup for threshold/sample position and simultaneous eye diagrams on all channels.
Options include memory upgrades from 256K to 64M and ANSI Z540 compliant calibration. Ideal for capturing fast digital signals in demanding test environments.
