The Keysight (Agilent) 16998A High-performance FPGA Analyzer includes 4 M acquisition memory, supporting Xilinx and Altera FPGAs. It captures up to 128 internal signals per FPGA pin and offers adjustable thresholds from -3V to 5V. The system supports state/timing analysis with clock rates up to 667 MHz and data rates up to 1066 Mb/s.
This analyzer features a 4 GHz timing zoom with 64 K memory, and optional memory expansion to 16 M, 32 M, or 64 M. Its expandability with advanced probing and measurement modules ensures flexibility for evolving debugging needs.
