The Keysight (Agilent) 33120A Function / Arbitrary Waveform Generator employs direct digital synthesis (DDS) to produce highly stable, low-distortion waveforms with precise control. It supports sine and square waves up to 15 MHz, and offers a range of built-in functions including ramp, triangle, noise, sin(x)/x, and cardiac signals. Arbitrary waveforms are generated with 12-bit resolution at 40 MSa/s, with a 16k point depth. Frequency resolution reaches 10 µHz, and output ranges from 50 mV to 10 V p-p into 50 Ω with fine 3-digit control.
Advanced features include linear/log sweep, modulation modes (AM, FM, FSK, Burst), and full remote programmability via GPIB (SCPI) and RS-232 interfaces.
