The Keysight (Agilent) 4141B DC source/monitor integrates 21 instruments with four source/monitor units, two voltage-source units, two voltage monitor units, and one ground unit. It offers high-resolution DC measurements (50 fA/100 µV), a wide DC range, and a built-in timing controller for precise testing.
Ideal for semiconductor I-V and DC parametric testing, it enables remote sensing, fast data transfer (25 ms), and swept measurements (51 points in 490 ms).
