The Keysight (Agilent) 41423A High-Voltage Source/Monitor Unit delivers precise voltage from 10 mV to 1000 V and current ranging from 50 pA to 10 mA, with a high measurement resolution of 2 mV and 2 pA. It offers excellent accuracy of 0.05% for voltage and 1% for current. This two-slot unit is engineered specifically for seamless integration with the HP 4142B Modular DC Source/Monitor Mainframe.
It supports high-voltage triax/BNC cable sets in 3M or 1.5M options and includes warranty and calibration service packages up to 5 years, making it versatile for various high-voltage monitoring tasks.
