The Keysight (Agilent) 41424A Voltage Source/Voltage Monitor Unit is a precision module designed for the 4142B Mainframe, offering voltage sourcing from 40µV to 100V and current monitoring from 20fA to 100mA. With a 2W power limit, it supports two channels for constant or pulsed voltage sourcing and current monitoring, and up to two channels for grounded or differential voltage monitoring.
