The Keysight (Agilent) 4155B Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer provides high-resolution I-V measurements with ranges from 1 fA to 1 A and 1 µV to 200 V. It features ultra-low leakage SMUs, built-in pulse generators, and selector switches for automatic device characterization. The analyzer supports synchronized stress/measure functions and time-domain data acquisition up to 10,001 points.
Ideal for leakage testing and semiconductor process evaluation, it automates parameter extraction and includes curve tracer-style controls and BASIC programming support for efficient automation.
