The Keysight (Agilent) 4156B is a semiconductor parameter analyzer offering precise I-V measurements from 1 fA to 1 A and voltages from 1 µV to 200 V, with a 20 fA offset accuracy. It supports dc and pulse modes, synchronized stress/measure functions, and integrates up to six SMUs including two ±40 V high-voltage pulse generators.
It features automated I-V sweeps, time-domain measurements with 60 µS intervals up to 10,001 points, and intuitive operation via knob-sweep and built-in HP Instrument BASIC for seamless automation.
