The Keysight (Agilent) 4157B is a modular parametric instrument offering flexible and upgradeable configuration, controlled via I/CV 3.0 Lite software. It features ultra-low current measurement capabilities, achieving resolutions as low as 1 femtoamp with High-Resolution SMU, and 100 attoamps with the Atto Sense & Switch Unit (ASU). Voltage outputs range up to ±200V and ±1A via High-Power SMUs, with seamless IV/CV switching.
Ideal for semiconductor wafer testing, it integrates intuitive GUI-based control, automated test sequencing, and graphical post-test analysis including wafer mapping. Compatible with popular semiautomatic wafer probers.
