The Keysight (Agilent) 4279A 1MHz C-V Meter delivers high-precision capacitance measurements from 0.00001pF to 1280.00pF with 0.1% accuracy and 6-digit resolution, including a programmable DC bias sweep up to ±38V with 0.1% voltage accuracy. Fast ranging and GP-IB data transfer reduce test time significantly.
