The Keysight (Agilent) 42842B Bias Current Test Fixture is engineered to integrate seamlessly with the 42841A, connecting directly to its bias current output terminals. It features a protective clear plastic cover for safe operation, automatic voltage reduction below 40 V within 0.1 second via cover opening, and a heat-sensitive switch to protect devices from overheating. The unit also includes a DC bias voltage monitoring function for precise control.
This accessory supports accurate and stable DC bias measurements, making it suitable for sensitive component testing in conjunction with the 42841A setup.
