The Keysight (Agilent) 43961A RF Impedance Test Kit enables impedance parameter measurement of 1-port devices using the 4395A Option 010 (100 kHz to 500 MHz) or 4396B Option 010 (100 kHz to 1.8 GHz). It features a 7-mm test port compatible with test fixtures such as 16191A, 16192A, or 16193A.
