The Keysight (Agilent) 4396B combines a vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, and impedance analyzer in one instrument. It features a frequency range of 100 kHz to 1.8 GHz with 1 mHz resolution and dynamic accuracy of ±0.05 dB and ±0.3 degrees. Spectrum analysis ranges from 2 Hz to 1.8 GHz with a sensitivity of -147 dBm/Hz at 1 GHz and a resolution bandwidth from 1 Hz to 3 MHz.
Suitable for lab and production environments, it supports measurements like gain, phase, noise, return loss, SWR, S-parameters, and distortion. Dual displays allow simultaneous network and spectrum analysis.
