The Keysight (Agilent) 489A Microwave TWT Amplifier operates in the 1 to 2 GHz range, delivering 1 W output with 30 dB gain. It uses 50-ohm input/output impedance via Type N female connectors. It supports DC to 500 kHz frequency response, and features <1 µs pulse rise/fall time, front-panel gain control, cathode current meter, and >-20 V peak modulation input control.
Ideal for modulation and signal control tasks, the 489A offers reliable RF output management across a wide frequency spectrum and is equipped for precision signal shaping.
