The Keysight (Agilent) 5316A Universal Counter integrates advanced MRC (Multiple Register Counter) technology to deliver high-speed counting and computing in a single unit. It measures frequencies from 0.1 Hz to 100 MHz (CH A), with period and time interval ranges of 10 ns to 105 sec and 100 ns to 105 sec, respectively. It supports ratio measurements across both channels (0.1 Hz to 100 MHz) and totalize functions up to 100 MHz. Equipped with an 8-digit LED display, front panel trigger level access, and built-in HP-IB for programmable control.
Packaged in a durable rack-mountable case, it is ideal for automated and high-resolution timing measurements.
