The Keysight (Agilent) 53230A is a universal frequency counter/timer with dual 350 MHz input channels and optional 6 GHz or 15 GHz third channel. It delivers 12 digits/second resolution and 20 psec time interval resolution with built-in mathematical analysis and a vivid graphical display.
It enables continuous, gap-free measurement for modulation domain analysis, includes BenchVue software, and supports USB, GPIB, and LXI-C/LAN interfaces. Optional Lithium-Ion battery support enhances portability.
