The Keysight (Agilent) 5372A Time Interval Analyzer captures frequency, phase, and time intervals with exceptional speed—up to 13.3 million measurements per second for signals up to 500MHz, extendable to 2GHz with optional input. It offers 200ps single-shot resolution (2ps for averaged), 10-digit/second frequency precision, and over 60 trigger/arming combinations. Advanced features include built-in math, statistics, hardware FFT, histograms, and limit testing. Compared to the 5371A, it adds deeper memory and enhanced jitter spectrum and phase noise analysis.
