The Keysight (Agilent) 54754A offers two 18 GHz channels with built-in TDR step generators, supporting differential, common mode, or independent operation. Each channel functions as a standard oscilloscope vertical system when step generators are disabled. It features 3.5 mm connectors, 0.25 mV rms noise (12.4 GHz BW), and supports S-parameters with mainframe FW rev. A.06.01+. Compatible with 54750A, 83480A, 86100A/B/C, and 86100D DCA mainframes.
