The Keysight (Agilent) 54833D Mixed-Signal Oscilloscope combines two 1 GHz analog channels and 16 digital timing channels, supporting up to 4 GSa/s sampling and optional 128 Mpts memory. This integration enables advanced mixed-signal analysis for both analog and digital systems.
Designed for engineers debugging FPGA or complex digital systems, the 54833D features MegaZoom deep memory, mixed signal triggering, and simple front panel controls with a Windows GUI.
